📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping: 7-14 business days . You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: We process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP. If you need to modify or cancel, please email us at orders@yourbrand.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.
Q: Where is my order confirmation/tracking information?
A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at support@yourbrand.com with your full name and order number. Please allow 5-7 hours for confirmation emails after ordering.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 10-15 day return window from the delivery date for unused items in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned. Returns are processed within 15-17 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Q: Are exchanges free?
A: Yes! We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. For style exchanges, you'll receive store credit or can place a new order. Contact us at returns @@com to initiate an exchange.
Q: My item arrived damaged/incorrect. What do I do?
A: We're so sorry! Please email us at support@yourbrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost.
